As life takes shape and my new business stlpchelp.com gets underway, I paused to reflect on the Bound Lotus journey… to get back to writing….
I called this, “Infinite Journey” –
“Nothing compares to the Infinite stillness that accompanies Bound Lotus, oh what a journey these past 513 days have been!
Would that everyone could experience the deep calm, it truly is the surrender of all things. To empty the mind and simply appreciate each and every aspect of life, now that’s peace, that’s love, Infinite love.

Bound Lotus, Day 500… a day like any other day, pretty much like Day 499 was, or Day 497, except that this was the biggest milestone yet, 500!!!
When I started this Bound Lotus adventure, back on… September 14th, 2005… WOW… my only real goal was to survive, to hold the posture and let it take me where it would. Even that first day, where I could barely hold it for all of 30 seconds, was more than enough for me to know it was the thing for me.
Those 30 seconds seemed like lifetimes as mind and body both railed against the posture and yet here we are, 500 days later, doing a full 31 minutes per day, full posture, forehead all the way to the floor! Wahe Guru!
I might dance around the house all day long! WOOOOOOOO!!!
Halfway to a thousand… then again, it’s only a number. Life unfolds, keep up and live it!
